For a flat-rate service charge, we are able to provide you with the following documents:
Inside the EU:
– COC or ECE certification
– Customs or temporary licence plates
Outside the EU:
– Export declaration, incl. customs clearance

Sale to Private Persons Inside the EU
Within the EU, the same guidelines as in Germany apply to private persons purchasing a car. Private persons pay the price of the car incl. legal VAT. This means: the price specified.
Sale to Businessmen Inside the EU
TBusinessmen/dealers from an EU member state purchase cars without VAT (net), provided the VAT can be "stated separately".
For a "net sale", we require the sales tax identification number, which is checked at the Federal Finance Office in Saarlouis.
The German financial authorities are very strict when checking documents and processing of VAT-free, intra-Community deliveries. For that reason, please observe the following "checklist" to ensure a smooth processing:
